Rates & Insurance

Transparent, straightforward pricing.

I believe in being transparent about the cost of therapy. Below you'll find current session rates, insurance information, and details about reduced-fee availability.

Session Fees

Current rates.

Individual therapy sessions are $150 for approximately 50 minutes. A free 15-minute consultation is available before scheduling your first appointment — a chance to talk about what you're looking for, ask questions, and see if we're a good fit.

Reduced-Fee Appointments

Taking the first step toward counseling can feel difficult, especially when you're already carrying a lot. I want to make it easier to explore whether therapy may be a good fit for you.

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for individuals experiencing financial hardship. If cost is a concern, you're welcome to reach out to discuss current availability and options.

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start with a conversation.

Insurance

Insurance & payment.

I am currently in the process of credentialing with insurance networks. Insurance availability will depend on your specific plan and the completion of the credentialing process.

In the meantime, I am happy to provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before beginning services.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for health care services.

If you do not have health insurance or choose not to use your insurance, you may request a Good Faith Estimate before receiving services. You will generally receive an estimate when services are scheduled at least 3 business days in advance, as required by federal law.

A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of expected charges and is not a bill. Your estimate will be based on the services reasonably expected to be provided.

If you have questions about the cost of services or would like to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact Limestone & Light Counseling before scheduling or beginning services.
